2. Event Registration and Payment

All registrations are subject to availability. Payment must be made in full before the event to guarantee your spot. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse any registration at our discretion.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing. If a cancellation is received more than 30 days before the event, a full refund minus a processing fee will be issued. No refunds will be given for cancellations received within 30 days of the event. However, registrations may be transferred to another person from the same company.

4. Event Conduct

We are committed to providing a professional and harassment-free event experience for everyone. All attendees, speakers, sponsors, and staff are expected to comply with our Code of Conduct. We reserve the right to remove any individual from the event without refund for non-compliance.

5. Intellectual Property

The content, organization, graphics, design, and other matters related to our website and events are protected under applicable copyrights and other proprietary laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our materials without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

NexusSummit Conferences will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your attendance at our events or use of our website. We do not guarantee any specific business outcomes from attendance.
